From a young age, I was crazy about football. I trained every day and dreamed of turning professional. I did everything I could, but ultimately, it didn't work out. Yet, my love for the sport remained. From the age of sixteen, I was already coaching and taking a sports program.
At twenty, I decided to start my own academy: Sportwereld Ntinoudis . My goal was to help young talent get the opportunities I never had. I knew what it was like: I'd completed several internships at home and abroad and started talking to agents at sixteen. Ultimately, I decided I could do it better myself.
At my academy, everything revolves around development. We train daily, go to the gym, work with nutrition and supplements, film matches, and give players the chance to truly prove themselves. Each season, I organize an average of over 40 internships, and every year, over 200 players apply, of whom about 50 are talented players who get the chance to develop. Those who stand out can earn an internship at a professional club at home or abroad.
I recently acquired Voetbal Nutrition . I'd been working with supplements for my own players for years, but now I want to make all footballers aware of the role supplements can play in their development. This is still largely unknown, especially in the amateur world, even though it can be a huge help during training and matches.
My mission: to provide young footballers with the best guidance – on and off the pitch – so they can realise their dreams.
